Proven experience in a projects operational role, in the marine industry is essential.
Experience including marine barriers, aids to navigation, or coastal protection will help you get on board.
Hands-on approach, experience leading small to medium-sized teams including labours as well as engineers and technical profiles.
Experience with all relevant business functions including project management, maintenance & services, supply chain, and engineering in the same industry.
Lead by example and willingness to roll up your sleeves side by side with Ecocoast and client teams.
Has a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Coastal Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant technical discipline.
3-6 years of demonstrable experience in sales (Gulf experience and strong industry contacts), business development, and technical sales, preferably in the marine industry, including aids to navigation, oil containment, turbidity measures, coastal protection & aquaculture will help you get on board.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Naturally have strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, building and maintaining quality relationships with Clients (new and existing) and stakeholders.
Experience with CRMs, good organization skills, and knowledge to elaborate technical offers and winning tenders’ strategies.
Proven track record of success in developing and introducing new products and entering new markets.
Integrity and Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
