Arabian Mep Contracting Qatar UAE Jobs Careers Description/Overview

CORPORATE LAWYER / LEGAL COUNSEL
Qualification Required: Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a license in Qatar to practice the profession.

At least 3 to 5 years’ experience and commercial knowledge related to construction industry, preferably gained through working with multi-national companies and/or top-tier law firms.

Job Requirement :

Must be able to provide Legal advice to relevant internal departments on legal issues referred by General Counsel.
Must have extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
Must be able to draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization’s ventures, and ensure that requisite corporate governance procedures are met with respect to contractual arrangements.
Able to work independently with little or no supervision, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication skills and letter drafting in Arabic and English. Preferably a native Arabic speaker.
Must be locally available candidate with NOC
