Reporting into the Enterprise Applications Manager, the Oracle EBS Finance Specialist will be responsible for the business analysis, definition and design, development and deployment, training, and provisioning of second- and third-line support of Oracle’s EBS finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design solutions for business processes associated with Oracle EBS modules.
· Responsible for successful delivery and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Apps (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM & IE) implementation projects.
· Assisting the Finance department to meet their business needs through innovative solutions.
· Configure settings and design on the system.
· Understands how the different modules in Oracle EBS interact and work with each other.
· Provide support and maintenance for the Oracle EBS financial modules.
· Assist with the implementation of new financial processes and features within the system.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the financial module as they arise.
· Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the financial module.
· Participate in testing and user acceptance of new system releases and updates.
· Provide training and support to end users as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Skills:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle EBS 12.x
· Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
· Used Reporting tools like Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, Hyperion Smart View, Account Inspector, Account Monitor and OTBI.
· Very Good Experience in Building SQL Quires from Data base for trouble shooting and Support.
· Excellent customer interfacing skills to effectively communicate with Customer Decision Makers, Business Users and End users.
· Experience with system implementations and upgrades
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Oracle EBS 12 Financial Consultant certification is a plus
