| Vacancy: Inventory Controller and Receiver Location: Dubai, U.A.E. Key Responsibility: · The primary objective of the role is to maintain labelling system on each stock item, manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned. Job Description: · To ensure receiving schedule is received from supply chain department before receiving stocks · To plan for space and pre – arrangements for receiving stocks in Frozen, Chilled and Ambient Area · To ensure stocks are received as per Purchase Order and as per specifications received in the same · To ensure stocks are receiving against authentic documents from supplier like invoice, Packing List, B/L as mentioned against IMPO or LPO · To check stocks received are in right full quality, right temperature, right condition of packaging · To ensure products are handled carefully while receiving and stored in the right location (Frozen/Chilled/Ambient) through a proper put away process. · To ensure System and Manual Documentation (GRV) matches and in case of variance, escalate the same to SCM for correction · To supervise the offloading through MHE operator for due checks on product vs document The Successful Applicant · The successful candidate must have 5 – 10 years’ experience in stocks receiving and inventory in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in Dubai, UAE. · You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization. · It is essential that you hold a Diploma in Computer.
