The Job:

Your role will play an integral part in supporting TradeSmith’s world-class marketing department by helping shepherd campaigns through the production process from inception through execution. You will manage the campaigns within the TradeSmith Franchise and our marketing team launches anywhere from 5-8 campaigns per month. Your job as a Marketing Specialist will be to become the lynchpin between copywriting, editorial, marketing, and legal to ensure projects are on track, prioritized properly, and all deadlines are met to drive bottom-line revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of projects with varying lead times and deliverable schedules simultaneously
• Work with numerous stakeholders to ensure projects arrive on time and complete
• Ability to work alone and manage your own day and tasks based on priority with minimal oversight and assistance
• The ability to understand the big picture while knowing the details and learning the nuances between every project either in timing or deliverables required
• Become a marketing stakeholder for reviewing copy and launch materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with our standards
• Complete special projects as assigned by management

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Highly collaborative across teams; strong communication skills are vital in this role
• Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
• Highly organized and efficient while working within a set of guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required
• Ability to multitask and learn new things rapidly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CRM and JIRA experience a plus
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
• Visual acuity for reading and using the computer
• Ability to hear
• Ability to freely move about the office
• Ability to use the phone/computer/keyboard/mouse/general office equipment for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate with others in order to exchange information
• Fluency in the English language
