We are looking for an IT Support that can join immediately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science.
Work experience in the same role (2 years & above)
Willing to work in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
Duties & Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
Responsible for adding new employee to the attendance system and registering their fingerprint on biometrics device.
Diagnosing and solving any problems in the emails, hardware/software and etc.
Setting up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot email/computer/printer problems.
Setup email for new staff on their PC and mobile
Contacting suppliers for ordering printer cartridge and is responsible for the request for cartridge replacement.
Contacting with outsource companies for any required maintenance.
Available candidates can join immediately.
Salary to be discussed upon interview.
