| Manager – Quality Assurance |
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (CAR66- AMEL),and/or a Bachelor degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Auditing or equivalent;
- Alternately, a diploma or certificate in the related field and/or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License – more than 3000 FH)
- Must have completed formal aeronautical maintenance training if it was not his/her major.
- Must be eligible for approval by the Civil Aviation as Manager Quality Assurance “Post Holder”.
- Certificates related to Auditing, Quality Assurance and/or Compliance such as IOSA or ISO – Lead Assessor are highly desirable and some may be treated as conditional for this role.
- Project Management certificate or alternately the proven corresponding working experience is nice to have.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Internet and Web Search.
- Excellent command over both written and verbal communication skills: reporting, presentations, etc

| B1 – Certifying Engineer |
- Holds a valid GCAA CAR 66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License and company maintenance approvals on the Airbus A320.
- Note: must commit to ensure any limitations removed from license within 9 months of induction.
- Able to demonstrate in-depth airframe and engine systems maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to obtain a UAE driving license
Work Experience
External applicants
- At least 2 years’ experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Line/Base Maintenance environment.

| CAT A – Technician |
- At least 1 year experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft, preferably Airbus types.
- Must possess B1 Basic License or Category A License issued by the GCAA, the Civil Aviation Authority of UAE.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
- Ability to use computer (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to obtain UAE Driver’s License.

| B2 – Certifying Engineer |
