Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior graphics capacity

Exposure to Architecture, Urban Design or digital software skills a plus
Must be experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to power-use and create templates, and automation, and drive innovation especially in InDesign;
Experience in preparing proposals, talk decks, signage & diagrams
Strong listening and communication skills with people from different discipline.
A range of experience of working at a graphic design level would be preferable to qualifications; however, a degree or diploma in graphic design or fine arts is advantageous.
Experience
The candidate should show a proven portfolio of working across a diverse range of media and products from branding, marketing, bid and tenders, page layout, illustration to digital media design.
The candidate will have strong commercial and corporate design experience. You will be fluent in the Creative Suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video production and motion graphics as well as Microsoft Power Point. Any other skills such as web design and photography would be highly advantageous.
You will be involved from initial client brief through to finished product – so the candidate should have experience dealing with printers and creating print-ready artwork.
Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Design, or Town Planning. Masters in one of these disciplines would be preferred.
RTPI (or any other planning association membership) would be advantageous.
Experience Required
14+ years’ experience in the Urban Planning field, candidates would ideally have worked on government and private sector projects. Management experience is required as the successful candidate would lead a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in either public sector or private, with an increasing level of responsibility ideally in the field of urban design and planning (required)
Experience in two or more of the following areas (required):Spatial Analysis using ArcGIS or QGIS Data Visualization
Analyzing datasets with accurate weights and linkages to support urban data analysis
Determine spatial workflows, parameters and KPIs for urban data analysis
Experience working with urban tech service providers, IoT devices, or application development technology alliances is advantageous
Experience in collaborating with clients, internal teams, and engineering disciplines on high-profile international urban development projects
We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience looking to develop their experience in a range advisory services as part of a growing team.
The candidate should hold a degree in a relevant discipline. Post graduate qualifications, membership of relevant professional bodies (such as RICS, IAM and CIoB) and Middle East experience is preferred, but not mandatory. The candidate may be looking to obtain membership of a professional body and develop/broaden their experience to do so, for which support will be available.
