Graphic Designer
  • Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in designing and producing graphics for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Candidate must have technical expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other visual design tools.
  • Working experience with agencies like Ogilvy, JWT, Y&R, FP7, GREY, 60 Degrees, Impact BBDO, DDB would be plus.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication is mandatory.
Support Officer – Chargeback
  • Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in validating time out, failed and excess credit card transactions based on internal reports / systems and report the credits to QCB is required
  • Candidate must have a working experience in checking incoming disputes (ATM, QPAY, NAPS), performing Visa and Master card chargebacks and act as per the agreed SLA
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication is mandatory
