EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – RECRUITMENT AND EMIRATISATION

Complete the recruitment process according to the approved plan

Responsible for hiring new employees and data entry procedures

Completing the procedures for hiring new employees following the approval of the Employment Committee

Responsible for hiring new employees and data entry procedures. Recommend improvement of procedures

Match vacancies with the electronic system and appropriations before issuing the employment contract

Continuous update of data on the system

Create a job number for new employees. Updating applicants’ data in the human resources system and issuing work contracts for all approved candidates

Coordinating with the candidates to sign the job offer and completing the required documents with preparing a list of deficiencies
