EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – RECRUITMENT AND EMIRATISATION male UAE National,United Arab Emirates diploma 1-3 Human Resources and Emiratisation Department Responsible for hiring new employees and data entry procedures Completing the procedures for hiring new employees following the approval of the Employment Committee Responsible for hiring new employees and data entry procedures. Recommend improvement of procedures Match vacancies with the electronic system and appropriations before issuing the employment contract Continuous update of data on the system Create a job number for new employees. Updating applicants’ data in the human resources system and issuing work contracts for all approved candidates Coordinating with the candidates to sign the job offer and completing the required documents with preparing a list of deficiencies Updating the status of the job offer and following up with the candidates / recruitment company to complete the deficiencies Verify and inquire about the employee’s experiences and backgrounds by communicating with his previous employers Coordination internally after selecting candidates Preparing and completing all recruitment procedures Coordinating with the Human Resources Services Department to issue residence permits Conducting a new employee questionnaire in coordination with the employee and the line manager Determine the date of the training program for new employees and prepare the relevant documents Reservation of flights for employees coming from abroad Skills and knowledge .
