Name of Post Requirements
Bid Coordinator Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing, Business, English or an Engineering discipline (list not exhaustive).

Demonstrable experience at producing draft bid responses (minumum 2 years)

Experience in MS Office suite

Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and a design-based software such as InDesign (preferred)

APMP Foundation level Certification is advantageous

Senior Cost Manager • Detailed knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector working for a professional cost consultancy.

• Experience of both new build and fit-out projects.

• Experience of pre-contract services from feasibility through to tendering, measurement of building works for estimating, report writing and preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.

• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects at any one time.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and performs well under pressure.

• Experience of different procurement methods, single stage, two stage and design and build preferred.

• Experience of post-contract services, interim applications, change management, variation valuation and extension of time claims.

• Detailed experience of working with standard form contracts, FIDIC preferred, and administration of contract procedures.

• Detailed knowledge of high level benchmarks for various asset typologies, building elements and extensive knowledge of the latest market rates.

• Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, professional approach and confidence in presenting to clients, other consultants and project stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience of successfully working within a team and in managing measurement and / or post-contract teams.

• Demonstrable experience in dealing with contractors personnel with confidence and assurance.

• Providing clear, correctly formatted and articulated report writing, cost estimate reports, cost reports, procurement reports and tender reports.

Assistant Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (UAE National) BSC in Civil Engineering or other related fields.
Must be a UAE national.
Must be willing to work full time. (5 days a week on site)
Senior Cost Manager – MEP A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) or working towards
Degree or relevant qualification
Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients
Knowledge & contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)
Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services
Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
Excellent people person and great communicator, both client facing and team based
Learning & Development Coordinator (UAE National) Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources would be an advantage but is not essential.
Professional memberships with CIPD or SHRM would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills, knowledge and experience1-2 Years’ L&D or HR administration or coordinator experience (L&D internship experience accepted).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role the candidate must be demonstrate our behaviours at the Trainee/Assistant level as follows:
Human Resources Coordinator (UAE National) Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources would be an advantage but is not essential.
Professional memberships with CIPD or SHRM would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills, knowledge and experience1-2 Years’ HR administration or coordinator experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
