We are seeking an Assistant Manager and Manager and Senior Manager in Corporate Finance Advisory, M&A, Transaction Advisory for an expanding practice in Qatar. Requirements include: – Buy-side/ sell-side advisory
– Identification and prioritisation of potential investors
– Pricing guidance
– Development of investment story
– Advising on ‘go-to market’ strategy
– Preparation of marketing material (teaser and information memorandum)
– Bid evaluation
– Deal negotiation
Requirements International advisory experience within a Top Tier Consulting firm, preferably Big4.
Qualifications:
– CA, ACA, CIPS, MBA (or equivalent) qualification (not essential depending on other experience)
– Strong commercial acumen/market awareness
– Analytical, thorough and methodical approach with a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets
– Highly numerate with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb quickly large amounts of data
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Capability of assuming different roles, concerned with developing others and building and maintaining effective relationships
– Existing contact base with relevant clients, legal and technical advisors, contractors and investors
– Strong written English skills and a strong academic record
