Coordinator Ecommerce – (230002AH) Job purpose: The main responsibility is to manage and support all aspects of the company’s ecommerce operations with external partners. Managing the relationship with third party partners and ensuring the success of the ecommerce business, contributing to its growth and profitability. It is a vital role in managing and growing the third-party business on an eCommerce platform, by developing and maintaining strong relationships, optimizing product listings, and leveraging marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Total 3 years of experience in the similar role and industry Expertise on MS Excel and Inventory management systems such as SAP/RMS etc. Understanding of the Ecommerce retail business Key Accountabilities: Third-party accounts: Manage key online accounts from listing of products to inventory management to sell throughs, price uploads & payments. Product management: Managing the product catalog to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of product listings. This may involve coordination to obtain necessary product information and images, conducting quality checks, and optimizing listings for improved visibility and conversion rates. Provide competitor pricing intelligence and manage online inventory and ranges effectively. Blocking Stocks in systems as per Inventory availability and Pre Order Allocation. Raising purchase intent and coordinating with 3rd Party for Delivery. Relationship management: Acting as the primary point of contact for providing ongoing support and maintaining positive relationships. This also includes adherence to platform policies and guidelines. Sales monitoring and analysis: Tracking the performance of third-party products on the eCommerce platform, analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities which will be used to develop strategies and make informed decisions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Maintain Inventory, Sales, Preorders reports with good accuracy providing insights to management for optimizing sales and profitability. Cross-functional collaboration: Support the department on a day-to-day basis, in order to ensure its requirements are met. Working closely with various teams, such as customer service, supply chain and finance, to ensure efficient operations and resolve any operational issues related to third-party business management.
