Project Manager – HealthcareDubai Working on healthcare consulting projects (e.g., health strategy and operating model development, healthcare performance improvement, health financing and value-based healthcare, public health, and population health management, etc.,) Developing and implementing tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and supporting our clients to master their challenges Working closely with the project manager for one or more project modules Directly interact with clients and guide module teams showing innovation at all levels Finalize and present deliverables to the client Develop market strategies, accompany clients in post-merger situations and optimize organizational structures and support performance improvement programs Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs Being a key pillar in our organization and important interface to our clients Working with public and private sector clients across the region QualificationsBachelor or Master graduate, preferably with a Science, Clinical, Medical, or Public Health, Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business degree from a global top university or business school 6+ years of preferably in healthcare consulting with ideally top tier strategy firms, and/or experience in relevant healthcare areas such as clinical setting, population health, public health, healthcare management, health insurance Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the region and globally Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English Presenting results to clients Middle East experience preferred but not necessar |
