F&B Hostess What’s in it for you:

Welcome the guest with a warm smile and assist to the reception area
Take record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations in accordance with departmental standards
Ensure that the hostess stand is cleaned and organized.
Review the Reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests
Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
Actively listen to guests’ complaints and inform the guest relations team
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant experience as a F&B Hostess or similar is an asset
Diploma/ BS degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
Proficiency in English

Front Office Receptionist Experience working as a Receptionist in 5* Hotels
Customer-service & Data Entry experience.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Ability to work flexible hours
Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
CID Agent Your experience and skills include:

Relevant experience as a CID Agent or similar
Arabic Language is mandatory
Highly responsible & reliable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required

Guest Relations Agent (Russian Speaker) Your experience and skills include:
Relevant experience as Guest Relations or similar is an asset
