• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of related work experience.
• MME Engineer Registration is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing CAD, InfoWorks ICM and 2D Analysis, Bentley hydraulic design Products and Civil 3D associated with Wet Utilities roadway projects is required.

6-8 years of experience includes supervisory level responsibility in managing business operation and administrative function Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Document control management experience.

Knowledge of Arabic required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Health & Safety / Environmental Management from a recognized University to the approval of the Client; Membership of internationally recognized Safety Association e.g., NEBOSH;Hold valid certificate in First Aid.
• Comfortable with entry to confined spaces, underground structures and associated works.
• Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience, of which 5 years in similar infrastructure and utilities networks projects.
• Must be able to confidently advise and supervise Contractors in a broad range of safety and health hazard prevention and enforcement to the Contractors and project personnel on sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in the assigned area of specialty).
• Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.

• Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required with 10+ years of relevant experience in Architecture, or masters in urban design.
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD and other relevant graphic software.
• Excellent level in English language.

• Effective organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good skills in guidelines and regulation interpretation.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Design from a Civil Engineering discipline background.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in BIM implementation on major projects and/or program.
• Infrastructure project experience from a Consultancy environment.
• Experience with ISO and UK BIM Standards.
• Certified ISO 19650 practitioner e.g., BRE, BSI, Operam etc.
• Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential

• Degree in Engineering / Health and Safety Management from a recognized University to the approval of the Engineer.
• Minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience, of which 5 years in similar sewerage, surface and ground water networks projects.
• Must have extensive knowledge and experienced in MTBM (micro tunnelling), TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), confined spaces, underground, deep shaft and voids construction.
• Membership of internationally recognized Safety Association – NEBOSH Diploma or Level 06 accredited UK or equal certification; NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safety, OSHA 30 Hour & GRADIOS, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Hold valid certificate in First Aid / Hazard Assessment (entry to confined spaces, underground structures and works).
• Must have ability to utilize computer technology to analyze data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate his knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental regulations, requirements for construction projects and awareness of all hazards likely to existing construction sites. Confined space training, proven updated engineering knowledge via continuous training particularly as to Health and Safety and Environmental issues are required.
• Must possess leadership skills to manage and motivate a tea of H&S Inspectors.
• Must be able to advise and supervise contractors in a broad range of safety and health hazard preventions and enforcement to the contractors and project personnels on sites.
• Experience working in Gulf region is preferred.

• Degree and Masters in Engineering discipline
• Fluent in Arabic and English both excellent written and verbal is a specific requirement for this role
• +25 years experience managing Operations and Maintenance Infrastructure including highways and drainage asset management, ITS, customer liaison and enabling projects
• Must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
• Have excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of O&M Infrastructure practice and regulations are also required.
• Have demonstrable experience in the GCC leading O&M Infrastructure Contracts
• Experience in operational maintenance, network management and the project management of multi discipline schemes.
