• Qualifications in Industrial Design or Mechanical Design, with an emphasis on Advanced 3D CAD modelling solid, wireframe, and surface.
• Experience managing projects, working collaboratively with diverse disciplines and professionals, Must have a relevant work experience in the Industry, with some relevant experience in product development.
• Strong design management skills; excellent understanding of the design process, industrial design, engineering, brand strategy, and methodology.
• Experience working with 2D and 3D CAD software including complex solid & surface modelling skills The ability to translate design intent into high quality 3D CAD surfaces from sketches.
• Proficient planning and organization skills, initiative, accountability, and a strong attention to detail.
• Assumes ownership of actions, follows instructions, offers ideas, and follows through on commitments; volunteers readily and offers to help and assist when work is complete. Generates and uses creative ideas to improve processes and services.
• Should have excellent negotiation skills.
• Must have leadership qualities and multi-tasking skills.

• Minimum bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of job-related experience.
• Understanding of the airline cargo value chain with professional experience in a range of key functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time- sensitive deliverables and competing priorities
• Preferred experience in Quality Management
• Mandatory experience in Data Analysis (e.g Tableau)
• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
• Diploma in HR related courses
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Exposure to HR systems will be an advantage
• Must be computer literate.
