You are responsible for

Carrying out general activities to support the execution of Services processes, tasks, projects

Responding to external/internal requests for providing data & information

Actively identifying improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participates in LEAN process improvement activities

Deploying and making (administrative) tools

Introducing new Services supporting process activities

Driving continuous improvements applying LEAN

You are a part of

Health Systems Services and Solutions Delivery & Operations in Middle East Turkiye and Africa region. Join the team of 12 people and support managing operational activities for the Services and Solutions Delivery & Operations Organization of more than 200 employees across META.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Emirati national only, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFIS

Hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in BA, Economics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent;

Have strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint), image editing could also come in handy;

Be at both Arabic and English;

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Out of the box thinking and high level of proactivity.
