Patients Coordinator FULL TIME | MANZIL HOME HEALTH SERVICE L.L.C | UNITED ARAB EMIRATESJob Information Work Experience 1-3 years Industry Health Care City Dubai State/Province Dubayy (Dubai) Zip/Postal Code 337-1500 Job Summary: The Patients Coordinator is responsible for executing the daily tasks related to each program by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the required support is provided to the patients.Their duties include performing specialized tasks, regular follow up with patients on documents submissions, completing financial assessments, guiding patients to seek support from charities organizations, facilitating their treatment dispensing process and updating their treating physicians by sharing regular reports. Key Role Accountabilities: · Patients onboarding and requesting documents for enrollment and for the Financial Assessment. · Completing financial assessment analysis when needed. · Documents follow up. · Follow up patients Charity Application. · Update patient and Physician on approvals and confirming scheduled dose appointment. · Arrange Delivery of Drug to Medical Facility. · Patient and Physician Satisfaction Surveys. · Prepare monthly Program Reports · PV reporting. Requirements · Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or Allied Health Care Professionals.
