Admin/Recptionist	Strong Communication and writing Skills.Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Personal Assistant	High school diploma or GED. Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training. 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant is a must. Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Must have own visa valid for more than 11 months. Should be available to join immediately.
PRO	Proficiency in verbal and written English as well as Arabic is a must. 3+ years local (Ajman) experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other Government departments for all associate affairs. Complete knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration rules. Proficient in MS office Someone form manufacturing Industry will be preferred. Must have valid UAE Visa and UAE Driver’s license.
Electrical Technician	Required Oil & Gas Industry field experience minimum five years. Required to have an Experience in HV, MV, LV circuit breakers like ACB, VCB and SF6 Breakers of different manufactures (ABB. Schneider & Siemens Etc.) Preventive maintenance of High voltage, 415 volts switchgears such as breakers, MCCB, contactors, overload relay and function checks of switchgears. Power transformer experience must for the routine test, break down voltage test, oil both test and should be aware of mechanical device functional checks towards the system. Executing preventive maintenance on motors, starters, transformer, generators, battery banks and distribution boards. Required to have experience regarding the test equipment such as secondary injection relay kit, Megger, cable fault locator, CRM, breaker timing, temperature gun, vibration meter, multimeter, clamp meter. Installation of cable trays, cable laying, conduits, glanding and termination of LV cable and MV cables. Experience in preventive maintenance of UPS systems, battery charger & inverters and variable frequency drive (VFD). Experience in Fire alarm system installation & maintenance and awareness of the alarm control like how to react if an alarm appears to soundless or reset the panels. Should have some knowledge to check all the control schemes of three-line diagrams of the switchgear panel to understand the fault and should be capable of attending to attend the fault during an emergency. Awareness of hazards area clarification work. Requires strong technical skills and communication skills.
