·       Lead Auditor Certificate IRCA approved

·       Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, with 3 years regional

·       Minimum of 5 years site experience in civils and or buildings

·       Experience in developing and delivering effective training on Quality Systems and Processes

·       A logical and planned approach to all tasks

·       Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal),

·       An in-depth knowledge of International Quality Standards

·       Strong analysis/problem solving skills

·       Strong attention to detail/quality focus

• Ability to grasp a deep understanding of the company business strategies & model;
• Ability to manage multiple & complex projects concurrently;

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in the real estate industry and construction sector.

• Understanding the contract requirements and keeping alert to any changes, making appropriate notices / requests for instructions and / or Change orders.
• Monitoring any changes to the contract and overseeing the preparation of appropriate cost impact assessment for Submittal to the client / PMC.
• Overseeing the preparation of claims arising from any variation in contract quantities or conditions, or any additions and deletions to the contract.
• Preparing and maintaining the ongoing project cost forecast and comparison with budget at all times, to be incorporated in reports to HO.
• Reporting to and taking instructions from the HOD at all times.
