Manager – Customer Insights To lead and deliver data analytics including the Collation, analyse, interpret
and benchmarking of all feedback about the organisation’s service; utilise the
information to provide evidence of contractual, regulatory and KPI
compliance.
 Engage and consult with internal and external customers, providing them with
analysed date to ensure that they can influence service delivery and
standards; delivering a great customer experience and the highest standards
of performance, compliance and efficiency
 You will produce management reports and proactively share relevant insight
from across the wider service with colleagues across the organisation.
 Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the priorities of the
business and manage projects and activities to help bring a customer
perspective to key decisions, both operational and strategic.
 Ability to deliver complex information at both a senior level and also to other
stakeholders in a simple, easily understandable manner
 You will Analyse data from existing systems, sources of data with additional
qualitative research to support business decisions understanding key
strategic priorities and the customer perspective

Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
  • Executive audit assignments independently or along with team under the supervision of Seniors. Ensure timely and appropriate execution of audit while ensuring,
  • Adequate coverage of transactions (sampling as well as data analytics),
  • Deploying accepted tools and techniques to make audit process efficient and
  • Keeping in context materiality as well weaknesses observed in the process.
  • Highlight potential risks and quantify either value at stake or improvement potential wherever applicable.
  • Come up with recommendations that are value adding, practical and improve on current operations.
  • Write concise, clear reports with facts and explanations that are suitable for senior management while at the same time are very actionable.
  • Maintain audit standards, working papers and overall, a highly professional approach.
  • Follow-up and track implementation of the recommendations provided when they become due.
Buyer
  • Education – Bachelors /Masters with specialized training in MS office.
  • 5+ years of buying experience, out of which at least 3 years in a similar role within the footwear retail.
  • Knowledge of Buying process and practices including multiple critical path management
  • Knowledge of product development
Buyer – Kids Education & Qualifications- FDDI/NIFT Graduate

Experience – Experience of working for a national retail chain, with footwear retail, Buying and product development experience for Kids FW

Specialized Training – Expertise on MS Excel for budgeting purposes

Assistant Store Manager
  • Ensure store expectations and priorities are communicated to staff
  • Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations
  • Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enrol staff on relevant Learning and Development   

    courses

  • Support induction of new recruits through buddy system
  • Monitor staff welfare ( staff accommodation and transport) and facilitate complaint resolution
  • Oversee staff development and drive motivation levels of the store associates
  • Ensure effective resource planning and succession planning
Planner
  • Conduct regular store visits in order to review stock status and receive feedback from store teams
  • Work closely with suppliers, distribution Centre and stores regarding deliveries
  • Liaise with the warehouse teams, territory managers, the Visual merchandisers and Buying team to discuss stock issues and communicate/ recommend necessary action to be taken
  • Manage time and must be self-motivated and driven to consistently hit deadlines
Manager – L&D
  • Post-graduate degree in Human Resources management, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • NLP / Coaching certification is a plus.
  • 12+ years of work experience
  • 5-7 years as Head of Training function/department
Assistant Manager – Sourcing Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a footwear and handbag related field.
