| Exhibition Fit Out Manager | Bachelor’s degree Minimum 15 years of experience including complex construction projects working experience with extensive experience in dealing with basebuild and fit out works (minimum 5 years). Experienced in dealing with a signature architect, curators and operators. Have a proven track record as a Construction Manager on any related projects. Management of Inspections, Mock-ups, Prototypes, samples and quality benchmarking. Progressive verification of the works to Contract specifications, Drawings and approved mock-ups. Management of construction submittal and RFI review and responses process. Review Main Contractors reports ( daily / weekly/ monthly), technical and progress. Proposing method of construction to support the Main contractor. Familiar will local authority’s requirements and procedures. |
| Architect – Building & Housing Materials | A degree holder with 7+ years of experience working in a similar role. An analytic mind and good numerical skills. Good intuition to make crucial judgment calls. Experience sourcing the following but not limited to housing material; Intercom system, HVAC system, water tanks, water pump, switches/sockets, fire alarm system, etc. Porcelain & ceramic tiles, pavement tiles, ironmongery, lighting fixtures, painting/plastering, etc. Aluminum & glass works, fabric car shade, electric & solar water heaters, etc. |
| Talent Acquisition Specialist | 5 years of Recruitment experience. Preference will be for Industry knowledge in the PMCM industry. B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A passionate and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment. Experience closing candidates to offers in a competitive market.
