Retail manager with Hardware Experience.

We are hiring an Arabic Speaking Retail Manager for our showrooms in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and implement the overall retail strategy
Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
Supervising and guiding staff -towards maximum performance
Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
Develop relationships with customers and develop the sales .
Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Plan and oversee in-store
Determine the need for sales improvements in the store
Suggest new operational strategies to improve store’s performance and productivity
Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Retail Manager in Hardware Company
Reliability and dependability are key traits
Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed
Minimum 3 years experience in retail and management
Good knowledge of sales and marketing
Excellent leadership skills
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED16,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
