Deep fundraising and major gifts experience is required—and a proven track record of success. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Director will work closely with and be supported by a cross-departmental senior team. Qualifications The Development Director will need to be agile with shifting priorities, enjoy learning while doing, and envision and mock up solutions to problems big and small. They must understand the power of interdepartmental collaboration, be able to meet deadlines, and lead others to desired outcomes with clear expectations and instructions. The successful candidate will have high emotional intelligence in order to work in a flexible, sensitive and compassionate manner with a community of diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
