A proven track record of delivering large-scale multidisciplinary sustainable designs
Fully conversant with civil / structural site supervision tasks, review shop Drawings, review construction phase submittals, attend inspections, monitor the progress, quality of the works in progress and reporting
Ability to successfully liaise and manage clients, sub consultants and sub-contractors onsite
Strong documentation skills, thorough understanding of adherence to QA and construction
A working knowledge of International civil / structural codes and standards
Knowledge and understanding of QCDD, Kahramaa, Marafeq and local authority regulations and guidelines.
Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and local building codes
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Revit
Middle East experience and a working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region is a must.

You will be a confident self-starter, with natural leadership abilities coupled with outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of related work experience.
Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong level of solid understanding with Primavera (Certification as a Primavera Planner Professional is needed).
MMUP accreditation and experience of minimum 5 years in the role of planning & project control.
Proficiencies in working with PIMBOK Revision 5 (PMI registration will be well regarded).
Experience in one or more of the following areas: design and implementation of logistics strategy, port and freight master planning, intermodal transport design and optimization, supply chain planning and management processes, supply chain modelling and optimization, procurement maturity assessment, supply chain digitization and supply chain de-carbonization.
Preferably with 5+ years of consultancy experience
Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
