Name of Post Requirements
AVP & Area Manager- Employee Banking Bachelor Degree, Preferably a Master’s Degree
5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector
AVP- Quality Assurance
  • Assist in projects and investigation.
  • Learn about new products, procedures and services as they are launched and share knowledge with the team members.
  • Coordinate implementation, update and continuous use of ORM tools. Spread awareness of ORM in general and ORM tools.
  • Any other ad – hoc assignment requested by, Contact Centre’s – FAB and DF Management/Team Managers, VP – CBG Channels Control and SVP, Head of Business Governance. 
AVP- Change Management
  • Mandatory: University Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
  • Total experience of 6-8 years managing an HR or Marketing department
  • Experience in creating content for learning and communications
  • Experience in managing the team size of more than 1-3 people
  • Proficient in Arabic is a plus
Senior Officer- Contingent Workforce Management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Specialist- FABS Financial Control & Reporting
  • Candidate should have relevant experience in the same market for at least 3 years.
  • Should be able to handle all tasks as instructed by the Head of Finance.
Executive Director- Central Banks & Supranationals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
Specialist- Monitoring (UAE National) Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance or internal audit.
