– Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma certificate from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
– GPA 3.0 or above (or equivalent)
– Fluency in verbal and written English (IELTS Score 6 or above)
– UAE Nationality (Passport & Khulasat Al Qaid).
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operational Research, Commerce, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics role; of which 2 years should have been in a management position.
– Deep understanding of Power BI Platform
– Good understanding of Snowflake and SQL based data integration
– Good understanding of Microsoft suite of data collaboration and process tools like Power Apps, Sharepoint, etc.
Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain management or IT. – 5+ years of working experience in areas such as Air Cargo, logistics and supply chains, operations, warehousing, freight forwarding etc.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Science. A degree in Microbiology/Biological Sciences/Environmental health or equivalent would be considered an asset/advantage.
– Internationally recognised Food Safety and Halal Internal or Lead Auditor Qualification from a recognised institute.
– Ability to frequently travel internationally for duty is required.
Experience:
– A minimum of 5+ years of experience in conducting Internal and External Food Safety and Quality Audits.
– 5+ years of experience working in Food & Beverage, Manufacturing or a Catering industry.
– Experience in food manufacturing, catering and food safety in a laboratory environment.- Experience in In-Flight Services or In-Flight Catering.
Knowledge & Skills:
– Completed professional/operational training at an advanced level.
– Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
– Self-motivated.
– Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
– Post graduate qualification in a HR specific field would be considered an asset
– Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD or equivalent)
Experience :
– 5+ years experience related to Human Resources or Employee Relations.
– Experience in a customer or business facing advisory role
– Experience in an HR advisory role is advantageous
Knowledge/skills:
– Passion for delivering high quality customer service
– Knowledge of employment law, employee relations procedures and processes
– Ability to confidently articulate and interpret policy to managers and employees

Experience:
– 8 years experience related to marketing, sales, or a planning at a management level. Commercial / sales experience in hub or outstation role. Experience in business development and formulating marketing, sales, and commercial strategies, along with a proven ability in implementing and driving business strategies. 5 years of which should be in the Airline / Travel trade industry.

Qualifications
– Educated to high school or ‘O’ level equivalent.
Experience
– Minimum 2 years’ experience with the CHA or Airline in a similar capacity.
– Knowledge of Cargo or related environment.
– Training on basic safety, cargo and ground handling courses.
– Knowledge of Internet and MS Office applications.
– Fluent in written and verbal English.
Experience:

– 5+ years experience related to Aviation Security & Training Operations/Delivery
Knowledge/Skills:
– Holder of certification in aviation security
– Qualification in Aviation Security Management preferable
