Cultural guide – (23000324)
Accompanying visitors and guiding them to the various places of the museum and giving them the necessary information about them.
Objectively convey correct information about various exhibits, collectibles and art collections to visitors.
Communicate and respond to all inquiries that are asked by visitors in an accurate and correct manner.
Organizing, arranging and facilitating the movement of visitors around the museum.
Contribute to accurately conveying the country’s heritage, history, customs and traditions to visitors.
Report any comments regarding the museum’s content during the guided tours.
Distributing speaking guide devices and explaining how to use and maintain them.
Assist in the implementation of educational programs as required.
Presenting creative and developmental suggestions and ideas with the aim of attracting the largest number of visitors to the museum.
Maintain the safety and property of visitors.
Work to resolve visitors’ complaints and comments in a satisfactory manner and as soon as possible.
Assisting in conducting visitor satisfaction surveys.
Adhere to the procedures, policy and instructions of occupational safety and health and the environment management system policy applied in the Authority. Qualifications
Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.0-2 years of relevant work experience.
