Experience
1 year experience with golf course greens maintenance and managementLicenses and Certifications
Texas Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator 3A License.Education
High School Diploma, GED
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a public administration, finance, or business field.
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, budget planning/monitoring.
OR
Equivalency:
A master’s degree or higher in a specified field will meet the experience requirements.
Other Requirements:Requires PC skills for spreadsheet analysis, report preparation, research and using Advantage Financial Systems (AMS)
Advanced MS Office or similar software skills required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years of experience performing building maintenance and/or facilities repair (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), or scheduling/supervising mobile service work
LICENSE:
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Subject to working various shifts including nights & weekends
Subject to working in inclement weather conditions
PREFERENCES:
Supervisory or lead work experience preferred
State of Texas Journeyman Plumbing License preferred

Minimum Qualifications
LICENSES:Professional Engineer License. (Professional Engineers with license/registration from other states must obtain the Texas license within six (6) months after appointment.)
Some positions require a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Some positions may be subject to field-work and inclement weather conditions.
