The UK Property Division has recently been re-launched and we are looking to develop our team to offer a complete loss adjusting service to the UK market.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property claims assignments generated from the UK insurance markets. This will include both domestic and commercial property claims, predominantly up to the value of £25,000. Full ongoing training and supervision will be provided.

The positions are based in the Midlands/North West areas and will require travel domestically for fieldwork predominantly in the Midlands/North West and, at times, throughout the UK. As such, hybrid working is possible.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering loss adjusting services to clients, at a consistently high level, and will help to develop and execute an agreed strategy with all parties to ensure a smooth and accurate conclusion to claims.

Skills / Experience / Requirements

Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK without restrictions.

Ideal applicants will have:

• At least one year’s property loss adjusting experience
• Proven track record of property insurance and claims
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Experience in managing their own caseload with back up support
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Dynamic and flexible to meet deadlines and client needs
• A willingness to adapt to support the business
• Studying towards loss adjusting qualifications (CILA, ACII)
• A full UK Driving Licence (or authorised overseas) is essential.
